Great pics, tho having been to England I never got to Land's End, sure looks like an awsom place... 1 thing I'm very familar with is gorse, it covers New Zealand wherever it can, a noxious weed to us... I suppose we can thank early immigrants for bring it with them...

The same is true in the Copper Belt of South Australia and the Victorian Goldfields where Gorse is a noxious weed. Just as in parts of NZ, where ever the Cornish miner dug a hole in the ground, he took a little bit of Cornwall with him. Conversely, when they returned home (and most of them didn't) they would bring a little piece of Australia, NZ, US, Mexico back with them. Sometimes, Cornwall can look a lot warmer than it really is on account of the large numbers of Cordaline (sp?) Australis that have sprung up everywhere!

Cornwall might be a beautiful place but across the border, England has much to offer also. In fact all of the nations of the UK are beautiful in their own right.
