That Crocker is beautiful! Simplicity and class ARE timeless.
There's a great guy living in Prescott by the name of Dee Cameron, who sponsors the Antique Motorcycle Club of America's run every year there. He has a very nice collection of old iron, and among his collection is a absolutely beautiful example of a Crocker.

Man...being a fellow Angeleno, I surprised you didn't offer up the info that the Crocker was manufactured here in the "City of Angels" for just a few years(I think it was from around 1936 to 1941) and were consider the fastest production bikes made at the time. Unfortunately, WWII and the loss of the consumer base to the war effort, was the death knell for this great, but short-lived marque.
