+1 I did that swap last week and it took about 5 min. just as easy as swapping the OEM bulb. 
I totally agree with the choice of the Sylvania. I replaced the H4 twice in the span of several months. Been having the Sylvania for a couple of years now and its a vast improvemnt over the stock bulb.
