Hi, guys. I'm thinking of cutting my rear mudguard and relocating everything. Has anyone mounted their plate on the side of the bike (pics?) or can anyone offer opinions as to the best way to go about it? I'm hoping to make the frame/bracket myself and to include a hinge so, when I'm parked up, I can fold it flat against the bike. I should point out that the pillion-peg hangers are no more and I hope to use one of the hanger-mounting points for my indicators, although if I've got to use these for the plate bracket, I'll find somewhere else to put the indicators. Also, (although I'm not really expecting anyone to know), how much air passes the side of the bike, behind the legs? I just wanna know how secure/strong the bracket should be.
Cheers, Neill
