Installed my hardbags over the last few days. This post made the whole process a whole lot easier. Just follow Z's instructions above and it's a relative piece of cake.
Only issue that I had was on the last hole I drilled on the 2nd bag. I was not paying attention and went through to the liner, caught it with the bit and wound some of the fabric up. No big deal though. Just watch yourself.
One more thing that I had access to that made life a whole lot easier was a lift just like the one here:
http://www.e-zspreadnlift.com/. Just laid the bags on that and adjusted them to where I wanted them. Awesome tool.
