OP sluft Member Joined: May 2007 Posts: 77 Conn.	2006 America. Put d&d pipes on, rejetted to 130 mains, 3 turns out on pilot screws, Ai removed, factory filter. When I start her, one big bang! Then shes ok. Will carb sync help?

Do not give it any throttle at all when starting, or maybe lower the idle a tad. Syncing may help a little, but most likely a fuel rich idle issue. A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat

OP sluft Member Joined: May 2007 Posts: 77 Conn.	Thanks Pat. Changed my rear pads yesterday @7700 miles. I could not have picked a more optimal time based on the wear. Got the sintered pads from Brent. I set my laptop up in the garage & followed the instructions on your site, 1,2,3 done. Thanks!!
