Hi all. Just moved over from the dark side and purchased a 2004 TBA with 2700 miles on the clock to replace my Triumph Daytona 600. Picking it up on Sunday so hope the weather improves. Daytona is transferring to my daughter who has just passed her test. Live in the south east of london and love roaming the Kent roads on a nice sunny day.

Welcome Glenn. Not to disappoint people, you can read about our get together in the UK "HERE" Glen. I think you should just read the last couple of pages to get the idea of what is happening and where..

Welcome to the dark side Shotgun, No one will hold it against you that you reside in jolly old England......my bike came from there! A 2004 TA with just 2700 miles on it is just like brand new. Get your wallet out, accessorize and ride.

Welcome to the site great to see so many folk from the UK catching on to what is probably one of Triumphs best kept secrets. Hope you have a great time with your bike and keep up to date with all the latest mods available via this site. Dont let our foreign cousins put you off with their weird language and the fact they mostly drive on the wrong side of the road. They are really nice underneath it all. Ray (Birchr) is taking a wee bit of stick at the moment with his zealous promotion of Dent. But he knows he will reap the rewards with all the beers folk will buy him for his wonderful organisation when we all meet up.

Welcome to the madhouse!!!!
If you're gonnna hang round here there are several things we have to do as Brits.
Annoy the Americans that we can walk to any grocery shop and get jaffa cakes at most times of the day.
That we drive on the CORRECT side of the road (see above)
And we are in the home of the BEST motorcycles in the world!!!

Welcome to the Forum my British cousin! Remember, a motorcycle is the only vehicle made that universally adapts to the roadway it is on, so it really doesn't matter what one's opinion of the right or wrong side of the road is. Ya'll may have jaffa cakes. I don't have a clue what that is so that fact really doesn't matter to me. Maybe I'll get to try one someday and it will. But, we do have honey buns, nabs, and sody pops. I have no desire to argue the best motorcycle.... I am biased where Trumphs are concerned.... especially when it comes to the twins. Cheerio!
Its more fun to be ridin'! I'm still ridin

A 'Target' supermarket opened in my town last week, and so i went in to browse around. No Jaffa Cakes but i did find the some 'Pims' Jaff Cakes? I will get some and try them out. Never had a Pims Jaffa Cake.

Welcome to the site, Glenn. Another Brit is always welcome. And you'll probably learn a lot from your more "evolved" cousins across the pond.

It certainly will be the May Day run to Hastings. I go every year. Picked up the TBA this morning and what a great ride home. Loved every minute of it and it rides like a dream.
