got the code read at Autozone turns out to be p0420 a bad Catilazation in bank 1 possibly caused by a bad cat, a mis fire, a leak of oil into the cyl. thru the valve seals....I "borrowed" their reader for a second and reset the codes...
Yes Paul it has 191K, and I know it need some tune up work....for one it PINGS like crazy on 87 oct...and sometimes 89 (from a cheap gas station)

Now you need a Lap top just to work on them....How DO I fix the ****** timing on these new fangled thingies anyway...
