Cody, I read your post and of course I thought, "What does this have to do with me?"

I decided to take this Global Warming to a personal level.
The Farmer's Almanac lists daily temperatures going back to the mid-1940s.
I was born in York,PA, in 1962.
I decided to check the mean temperature in York for every birthday.
Now it's important to check this in a consistant area.
Cities, with their large amounts of concrete and asphalt, are hotter than rural areas, so an old farm that was turned into a housing development will show an increase in temperature because of that.
York has been an urban center since long before I was born.
Here are the results.

June 15, 1962- 67.3 degrees.
(No, I won't bore you with all of them)
Hottest birthday, 1994- 89.7 degrees.
Coldest birthday, 1971- 60.0 degrees.
Average over the years- 71.7 degrees.
Temperature in 2007- 61.0 degrees, third coldest in my lifetime.

The temperature goes up, the temperature goes down.
It's done it before, it'll do it again.
