If you sift through Red Wind and Chippewa's boots you can find some that are still made on-shore but they both outsource to China these days just like everybody else so you have to be picky.
I just replaced my Guide Gear USA made polished uniform boots with an exact model from them only to find they've outsourced those same boots...7 years ago they were made here, now they're Chinese...dang.
