No, they don't. Which I always found kind of weird. There are, of course, mounting holes underneath and towards the back of the frame for one, but as far as I know, Triumph has never made one for the BA/SM.

I've used those holes to bolt on a set of footpegs brackets that I designed and built, that jut forward about six inches from those holes and rest atop the frame, so I can sometimes get my feet underneath me while I ride, when my spine can't take any more punishment from this feet-forward riding position during a long ride.
