Update,
And no i didnt use Di-Electric grease, all i got after ringing up 20 electronics, motorbike and auto electrician shops was "what, what do you use that grease for" Oz is just not like the USA when it comes to obtaining the unusual or anything really!
Anyway, checked all connections and everyone was perfect, no corosion or any loose.
Battery is reading 12-13v, when i attempt to start it its pulling in the solenoid and giving me 10v on the sec side. Is that enough?
Could it be the throttle sensor?, but i have no trouble when it does start. Only other option is to test the coil, any other ideas??
Does anyone have an electrical schematic i can get my hands on?
