For whatever reason, the OL decided that I need another dog. So, Wednesday, we ended up with an 8 week old pup. She is a black/white husky wolf mix with one blue eye. I swear, this mutt is growing 1/2 to 3/4 inch a day!
She got her first shots on the way home and, as a result, she has to go out every 20 minutes. So, I get to alternate between feeling bad because I can't go for a ride on days like yesterday and wishing I could stay inside on snowy days like today. At the rate she's growing, she'll be able to go out back with the big dogs in a few weeks and then I'll be free!
In 6 months or so, she'll probably be big enough that I'll have to buy her a bike and teach her to ride.
The corgi feels she has to go out front with the pup and that's getting to be a problem. There are some cows in the field across the road and she wants to go herd them.
