I just got home, we buried Mom this morning. I was not prepared for this one thing, how good it made me feel to hear the words of those expressed here in this post and in PM's that were sent.
Friends I work with that traveled a 100 miles to be at the service. I had no expectations of that and I never imagined that theses simples acts of kind expression would have the impact on me that they did. I always figured...who would want to hear from me? I learned a great deal in this, it does mean something, it means more than a little.
I was not expecting that and I am grateful to all of you. Truly, I am grateful and to those here that I thought about saying something in your time of loss and didn't, I am sorry, I never knew that something so simple could mean so much.
