where did you buy the Kuryakins?

bikerhaven.net they had the 2nd lowest price i found at something like $76. But thier shipping made them the lowest at $5 flat rate. However, when you check out there is a comment field in which you have to ask them to add the cost of the adapters to the order because they don't carry them for the triumph, but they will order them for you. So just say please order the adapters for a triunph and add $20 to the order for the triumph adapters part #8840. They told me to do that on the phone and it worked out fine. By the way, they have a huge ebay store but oddly the pegs are more expensive there !

How do they install on the Speedmasters?

very easy. took me all of 10 minutes. First assemble the pegs by putting the screw thru the peg and into the adapter and tighten just a bit because you'll need to adjust it's angle before attaching it to the bike. Then pop off the circlip that holds the pin in that holds the stock peg on noting how the spring is situated. remove it and put the new peg in temporarily just holding it there so you can see how the peg is situated and if you need to turn it to the proper angle do so now. Then remove it and tighten the screw that hold the adapter to the peg very tightly. Then just stick it in with the spring situated right and pop the pin thru and add the clip. Sounds a lot more complicated than it is. It's dead simple and quick.
