Here was my buying decision process:
They look good on the bike and offer different feet position(s) when riding. Sounds good to me when in 5th on longer distance rides.
$355 new from Triumph is way too much, so I looked for a used set with low miles. First on Ebay (outbid), then found someone willing to sell on this site.
I understand folks with longer inseams may find them uncomfortable when shifting/braking. I'll let you know as I have a 34" inseam. Also, I wonder if the longer inseam folks adjusted the shiftlever-floorboard distance appropriately.
Ebay resale value is good if you don't like the fit/feel.
