it does not seem backwards in our culture. I'm not saying we don't have robbers in Norway, but here we don't shoot them, we kick their ****** to kingdom come instead

USA is a land of guns, but then again, we Norwegians and Swedes where a land of swords and axes (with the vikings) We even went all over europe and to the UK to kill the peasants and monks (probably glad they didn't have arms lol)and rob them silly when we weren't busy fighting amongst ourselves (tribes and all that)...
