I hear what you're sayin', Tom. But, I also think that this collective "fear of crime" and "fear of our fellow countrymen" is often driven to a frenzied state in this country by the 6 o'clock News which just LOVES to motivate their ratings by this constant barrage that there's "crime, crime, crime in the streets" in their broadcasts.
(oh and BTW, after reading your last response here's answers(d) and (e) for ya, dude:
(d)Never get involved in a road rage incident.
and
(e)Check your friggin' gas gauge in your car or if you're on your Triumph check your odometer reading, and NEVER run out of gas, especially while you're driving/riding through a "questionable area".
