This is what i'v found somewhat helpful. Use one of the little hex bit's like you buy in a set. Take the bit add a short length of plastic tubing over the shank of the bit. I use some left over fuel line. Once you have broken the screw loose with a hex wrench or socket wrench you can then use the bit and hose which is flexable to finger the screw the rest of the way out. It's not great but it's the easiest way i'v found yet.
