FJ...the shrouds are just covers for appearance. The forks are the same 41mm diameter forks that have been on the bike for who knows how long. As for the yokes...I have not seen a physical difference in any year top yoke (yet). The bottom yoke seems to have a better finish on newer bikes whereas on some of the early models it was as ugly as sin.
