Well.....here in the US ya dont really need the parking lamp.
All you need to do is unscrew the outer circular piece and then unplug the OEM assembly and plug in the new sealed beam.
It DOES provide a much better lighting experience than the OEM....both low and high beams are greatly improved as far as true functionality.
