why is it illegal???
#1 there is no test to confirm when you smoked it, was it this morning or 3 days ago???
#2 the government makes far to much $$ with it being illegal
if it were legal people would grow it and the govt. would lose out on the $$
#3 any politician that has the guts to stand up to the pharmasuticle companys in that way would lose his career in a minute, because if it were legal there wouldnt be a need for a lot of drugs that are being pushed by doctors today.
oh there are many other reasons that i dont have time for right now but alot of it boils down to the fact that there is not a big enough push by the people, its a very low priority to most so it is just not discussed much in the halls of congress.
on to the reason for this post hahahaha Maryann was busted because of iradic driveing on her way home from her b-day party, when she got busted she tried telling the cops that "she had picked up a couple hitchhikers and when they lit up she kicked them out of the car and that the stuff was there's" also does anyone remember gilligan got busted a few yrs ago also??? yep he got busted with quanity??? more like a lb or something??? she got busted with a very small amount. i guess an island would be a great place to grow your own so i imagine they were all stoned all the time. come to find out it wasnt that far from the mainland and they could have swam to saftey but were to stoned to realize
