wish I knew, you think they would have learned from proabition.I don't smoke it but feel it is much less harmful in many ways. I always have used the example, if you take a group of people and put them in a room where they are all drinking alcohol. Then take those same people and put them in a room smoking pot. Where is it more likely that there would be trouble?
P.S. I don't buy that gateway drug BS either.
