That's what I have. It is heavy duty velcro that keeps them closed. I would not really recommend them if you are going to do much touring. If I could do it over I would get the Saddleman Jumbo drifters or the Tourmaster Cruiser II slant bags. When I went to Ga. last year, I over loaded tha bags and was worrying about them coming open the whole way. They were fine and relatively water tight but I guess you should just not oeverfill them. If you have the straps you don't have to worry about it. I love the Easy Brackets though.
