In a letter from my son the warrior, He mentioned that part of the security for his base is made up of a company of Ugandan contractors (AKA Mercenaries). He discrided them as being Digified, highly trained, intelligent and very articulate in Engish, speaking clearer and more understandable.than a good percentage of Americas population, guess in the US it must be cool to sound stupid...go figure.
