I'm probably preaching to the converted, but for those who may be tempted to try it.....
The art to tea making is make sure the pot is hot, flush it through with very hot water just before you make tea.
Use one teaspoon (5ml) of tea leaves per cup and one extra (for the pot).
Try and pour just enough water into the pot for the number of cups you want plus one.
Make sure the water is boiling when you pour it into the teapot. Let it brew for at least 4 minutes - NEVER STIR IT IN THE POT !
and use thin china cups rather than mugs to drink from .
and don't forget the strainer !
