We used Morgan for our first, not knowing what the sex would be, and would have used it for either. We still didn't know for the next ones, but went with Dylan for a son. I have heard of that name now being used for girls also, but the definition is man or prince of/from dark waters....not something for a girl IMO.
Just don't use Pat(no offense to anyone past, present, or fictional)....always think of the SNL skit, and have used the term to describe someone of ambiguous gender more than once!
