Its murder, he walked out with his gun and shot a moving biker 3 times hitting him in the back on a public roadway. He carried his gun to the scene and killed the guy.
In my humble opinion its a done deal. The girls called their whacko dad and had the guy shot. He is dead meat. I figure he will not see daylight for the rest of his natural life. A Georgia jury will not feel badly for this animal. Georgia jury members did grow up with guns. Thats why they will sting him. They also grew up with responsible gun ownership from the time they were little. They above all know how wrong this clown was.
