problem with the dad's story is that he claimed self-defense by shooting at him 3 TIMES and hitting him in the BACK. Being from the South he should know, you don't win the "self-defense" argument by shooting someone in the back. Legally speaking, the motorcyclist was on his way out or leaving and the dad shot him anyway.
Seems to me like there's a lot more to the story. But, like you guys said earlier, we'll never know the biker's side because of the dad. Again, the dad will never win that argument and will most likely go to jail for manslaughter while his daughter and friend will spend the rest of their lives in therapy or on drugs.
I say the Georgia '08 rally pull up in his front yard and have a "candle burning" for our fallen comrade of the two-wheeled life.
