And all I did was go to work....
As one of the notsooldfarts who also happened to go to Wales, does that mean my opinion will count too?
I'm going to this, whether it's a UK meet, Euro meet or I just end up going on my own.

As for the Euro meet arguement.... I would have gone to Germany, if I hadn't been so scared to put my name to it when it first came up. By the time the actual weekend came along my riding was to a standard where I might have just got away with it.
Sweden....I think I may have said enough about that at the time, but the brief version is...I wasn't paying nearly £400 for a ferry directly to Sweden, but neither was I blasting around the continent at a stupid rate of knots, especially on my first time riding on the wrong side of the road, and didn't have the leave to take my time over it.
Italy....sorry but the excuse this time is even better.... I'm just getting over a slipped disk. I don't want to do anything that could risk putting me back in the position where it takes over an hour to get out of a chair. This time next year maybe.
It's not that I'm scared of going more than 100 miles either. Before my back went, I was doing that for fun. Even just to buy a pair of jeans....
If the Bonneville weekend is the Euro meet then so be it. If it's not then that's fine too.
If the decison is made when the majority of the active European members are not there and a full discussion is not made on here then that's just how it's gonna be. Can't say I'm happy that's how it's made, but can't please all the people all the time.
Just stop bickering over it.
Can i go to bed now?
