Sorry Kevin, but I've got some bad news for ya, ol' buddy. The day after Judie and I move to Prescott, THAT'S when "Kalifornia" will drop off into the Pacific. BUT unfortunately for you, Tucson will still remain one hot, dry and desolate piece of real estate out in the middle of a desert, because my friend, naturally cooler, more beautiful and pine tree laden PRESCOTT is where the new beachfront property will then be(kind of like a whole new Big Sur, you see), which will just add to it's already more desirable locale!
