Yup ...we can be as stupid as we want to be if the law allows it.
Perhaps smoking cigarretes should be "against the law" Imagine the drop in lung cancer "costs" over the next 25 years if no one was allowed to smoke by law.
Imagine the outrage if some "stupid" legislator would attempt that. Then imagine how much longer he would be in office.
Its all relative hypocrisy here.

ABATE is alive and well in AZ with active chapters throughout the state to protect the rights of motorcyclists and to keep alive the idea of "Let the rider decide"
