I took my SM out for a ride in the rolling, winding hills near where I live last night for the first time in months. When I got back, I made myself a little 'after ride appertif' of VO and Perrier and went back out to the garage to clean my ride. I used Armor All Auto Glass Cleaner on the windscreen and spritzed some overspray on the shocks. When I wiped them off, I noticed how easily the bugs and road crap came off. I then used the same stuff all over my bike, and I'm sold! This stuff works great everywhere except the greasy places to get a bike shiny and clean. It contains no ammonia and won't harm the paint, either. I'll be using Armor All Glass Cleaner as a general cleaner from now on, and I recommend giving it a try yourselves. Oh, for the usual technical question askers out there, I DON'T KNOW how it will affect air pressure in your tires or if it will extend your battery life or any of those other millions of 'what if' questions which usually arise. All I know is that it worked well for me, and I'm suggesting you give it a try. If you want more info, then please go to the store and read the label.

The real question is: did you have to rejet?

JB,
I'm not familiar with the term "spritzed". Is this a local colloquialism unique to rural Arkansas or did you learn this term while posted in Iraq? I'm going to check see if "spritzed" is covered in the AUP! If not, maybe it ought to be

VO and Ginger is my usual drink, unless the bottle of Jameson's tugs at me.
