Yes I will. When I installed it, I was in a hurry to go on a ride wile the temps were briefly in the upper 40's.

As for the T bars, those are 8 inch rise and 2 inch pull back. Actually the picture makes them look funny but they are not all that tall when you are on the bike. I am 6' tall but also have a big reach (should have been a boxer) and they are very comfortable for me.
