Well hello Karen !! Welcome , we need more girls around here , it classes up the place . There's no telling what gets discussed this time of night , too cold to ride so we just ramble on with stream of consciousness babble . Big Group Hug to ya !!!!

Oh , BTW , we need a feminine perspective on the Monty Python thing - our wives just don't get it at all , what about you ?

Wendy loves Monty Python too. She even bought me the special edition of The Holy Grail. She had never seen them before I showed her. I was just looking on you tube and there are lots of good bits in there. the Village Idiots bit and The Spam Song among many others. Wish the show was still on in reruns here.

At least she doesn't need Zmilin to put her helmet on (a little inside joke, you had to be there last Saturday to know what I am talking about). Karen seems to be pretty Triumph savvy and I look forward to her bringing her bike (something besides the awesome blue/white) to the next M&G.

Welcome, Karen. Most of the people here seemingly have lives which revolve around their Triumphs. They are how those here in Arkansas would descibe as 'ate up' with their bikes. You'll find out soon enough, I'm sure.

A nicer bunch of ate up folks as you'll ever want to meet - or stay a good distance from...

Is that your tank your boyfriend is smoothing out? I'm sure he wouldn't risk screwing up his own. Welcome and all that bike needs is some 18" ape hangers to be just perfect! For truly classic Monty Python it's got to be the Dirty Vicar or A day in The Park, just ask Dimsdale.

Welcome to the site, Karen. One small correction to your first post, though. Your trumpet is MULBERRY/black, red tints always dominating the color spectrum, and other bikes.

Karen,

Welcome! This is a great place to learn a lot about the America and Speed Master. For fun, you can also complete a Doctoral thesis on abnormal psych in your spare time using nothing more than you will find here. (I like to consider myself a contributor in that regard).

Hi Amy - thanks for the welcome... I would love to say that Triumph Fest is in the cards for me this year... I have to get some more mileage under my belt before getting enough nerve to go to Arizona... It's an annual event right? That would be a great goal for me next year.
