Went with 130/42/Stock Needles with 2 Shims/2.5 turns on Mixture Screws. Raining & Cold did not take her out. while perusing the archives for needle info, I realized that your "...Brass Spacer/Insert on the floor..." does indeed go between the fender and air box.
