I too am replacing my stock SM risers with HD deuce pullbacks and using an adapter stud like Dog and ED mentioned. (10mm to 1/2). The links are below to what I happend to buy. I will have to move my throttle cable to the right side of the tree&tank as others have mentioned that it is not quite long enough for use with these pullbacks. There is a previous thread about this I think.
