I would say that depends where you are measuring, if that is on the outside of the sprocket then it's not bad if thats in at the bolts that hold the sprocket on I think it's a bit much.

Yeah I remember seeing that now. I heard that the Air Force took the investigation away from the locals pretty quick, then all of a sudden nothing on the news. I guess it could have been a lot worse as far as casualties.
