I designed this bracket and had a friend cut it at his work and will be using it for my crank case breather, but once I put it on to test fit it, it is almost the same level as the hole in the crank case and i'm a little concerned of back splash oil going through the short tube and staining the filter (they are chaep though, the one in the picture was $8). Does any one have any expierence with this and know how bad or how fast it stains? Will I be replacing it every trip or would it last a year?
