I think my little clutch-slipping problem is now fixed. I changed the springs last Saturday (the 10th), but never took her out for a shake-down.

I did yesterday morning, and could not get it to slip at all. Got her up to 115 (indicated) on an uphill side of an overpass, but I was 20-30 miles or more outside the city. Pretty good crosswind blowing, too, but the bike felt real stable. Don't underestimate the value of the small Flyscreens! They take more wind off your chest than you might think! I know I could never do it with any less than a full-face helmet on though. No way.
