Because there are too many other options for a better price with a better warranty and better mileage and less weekly safety recalls and as much as I am all for the UAW and all the working people involved with making a quality product, the days of Lee Iococa are over and corporate greed wins out. American car companies are on the way out and dont have anyone to blame but themselves. 
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.
