The price at the pump for diesel scares some away. Around here, diesel is 30 cents per gallon higher than 87 octane gas. Diesel fuel has been in production for around 100 years, and the refiners have the audacity to claim there are shortages, and so manipulate the price. 100 years of 'practice' and they don't yet have a handle on how to make enough?
