Trojan, I use a generic epoxy enamel spray can from the hardware store. As with all good paintwork preparation is paramount. I first did the lower fork legs 20000km ago ( about 3 1/2 years ). You need to build up multiple coats, I would guess there would be about 12 coats on those forks. There are no chips in the paint although you can see some indentations where rocks have impacted
