All the black parts (forks, shrouds, headlight. tripple trees etc) were painted with satin epoxy enamel bought from the local hardware store.Between coats I bake the parts in my BBQ at about 250 degrees for 30 minutes and then recoat. I do this a few times to build up the thickness and end up with a really durable surface. I just put 5000km on around tasmania and victoria over the holidayswith no wash in all that time and all the painted parts held up really well as you can see by the photos
