Would be easy enough to make a foot clutch the way our bikes are set up though. Simply run the cable to the foot pedal where the shifter is now. Not saying you should do that just saying it could easily be done if someone wanted to. Like I told you way back when I first saw your bike I love the look,not sure on the seat though.
