I borrowed one, but found this Craftsman, 3/8" drive, inch-lb wrench on sale for next time around. It starts at 25 lbs, which is just over 2 ft-lbs.
The camshaft bearing cap bolts are 7.37 ft-lbs so that works out to (x 12) 88.44 inch-lbs
