(those of you not yet retired and working outside of the home )

Mine's all city driving.
I have two routes. Short way, 7 miles. Long way 10 miles.
Because of bad traffic, short way takes 50 min. The long way cuts out the choke points, takes 25.

It depends. The quickest route is 1.5 mile there and 1 mile back. There's a one way bit, and I have to pass work and double back.

However if it 's been a crap day at work it can be 15 miles home at midnight.

163 miles Monday afternoon and a 163 miles back the following Monday. One week on, one week off. The week I'm "on", it's about 10 miles to the room I rent from work. With 3 months in the middle-east every year, I'm surprised I have as many miles on the bike I do. But when I'm in-country and I'm home for the week, it's all Triumph ......

Regards,

Tom

42 miles each way. Normally around an hour, could be more or less depending on Chicago traffic/weather.

35 miles to work. On nice warm days 50 miles back to the house. It would take longer to get back home but I have things I need to do at the house.

Could be worse...you could have to drive 41A through Clarksville

13 miles to work for me, across the Columbia river...on a nice day the route home goes up the Gorge a fair piece.
On a really nasty day, I take up two lanes crossing the bridge from all the crazy wind.

31 miles each way, almost a perfect 45 minutes in the cage. Can't ride to work, I have to use my car to haul people around in.

About five miles ~~ 10 minutes. If I am on the bike I follow the advice of the old Supertramp song and "Take the long way home."

Depends on what I'm going to do. It's about 300 feet to my shop, another 80 or so to the barn. From there, it's maybe 1/4 mile or so to the empty stable that I'm using for a compost dump.
