Thanks for the gentle reminder. No offense taken, everyone I asked said the same thing. I'm 100% positive that wasn't it. I checked both times as I wiped down the surface where the filter seats and, the rings are still on all three filters. But, the obvious does escape me from time to time...I appreciate your help.
