Bonneville America Forums Forums Technical Forums Exhaust specialty spares, long cannons or long slashcuts?

I have long cannons on my bike and Wendy has slash cut. I like the look of my cannons but her slash cuts seem louder. Both started life as stock exhaust. Mine started life as stock 04 Speedmast tapered pipes that I cut the end off of then gutted. Wendys started life as stock 04 America pipes that I just gutted. So other than cannon vs slash cut our pipes are identical and hers are slightly louder.
