Running stock air filter with the snorkel completely removed. Pipes are TOR longs, one shim in the carb needles, 3 turns on the air screw. Sea level (Washington, DC).
I was really lucky -- my local dealer (Clinton Cycles) gave me a really good deal on an 03 SM that already had TOR pipes installed. Now all I need to do is make sure the carbs are balanced (my buddy's vacuum gague wasn't wokring right today) and I should be good to go for quite a while!
After this, the only mods I want ot make are cosmetic or ergonomic -- at least until it's time for me to do the big bore in a few years.
